Range: Close (25 ft. +5 ft./2 levels)
Target or Area: 1 creature or 2 creatures + 1 creature per 4 caster levels (see text)
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

Channeling your divine power, the magical effects that cripple your friends fade.

When you cast this spell, you can choose to cast it as a Swift Action, targeting a single creature or spend 1 round casting to affect 2 creatures + 1 creature per 4 caster levels in the area.

The affected creature(s) can choose a single magical effect or condition caused by magic that they have that required a saving throw (such as a supernatural domination effect or a magical disease) and make a new saving throw against the effect at the same DC. If they succeed on the saving throw, they are treated as if they saved against the original effect (still taking whatever conditions a successful save causes).

Perseverance can only give a creature one additional saving throw against each magical effect or condition they have.

For example, if a character failed a save against Cause Fear and this spell is cast on them, they make a new save at the DC Cause Fear was cast at. If they succeed, they will still be shaken for 1 round (starting from when the Cause Fear spell was cast, not this spell).
