Though this armor looks haphazardly put together at best, a veteran of the battlefield knows enough to be wary of it at first sight, for its purpose in breaking through well established defenses is painfully obvious. With plates at a slanted angle serving to repel weapons away from the armor's centre, the phalanx breaker armour turns a warrior's strength and momentum into a nearly unbreakable defense.
