You conjure a super-thin needle with poison on it and throw it at an opponent in range.  Make a ranged touch attack.  Striking the opponent deals 1d6 points of piercing damage per level (maximum 5d6), and they must succeed on a Fortitude save vs poison against 1d6 damage per caster level (maximum 10d6), saving throw negates.  Success on the first saving throw does not prevent a second saving throw against 1d6 damage per caster level (maximum 5d6) 1 minute later.  Immunity to poison renders the target immune to the poison damage of this spell.
