A Saiyan Warrior with the Power Ball ability has learned the technique of spending 15 ki points to launch a ball of special ki energy into the stratosphere where it stays stationary and can reflect sunlight at just the right wave length to produce the kind of light that is created when the suns rays bounce off the full moon. This ability also gives off the amount of light that would be visible during a full moon in an otherwise black night. The light given off by this ability does not negate or break through magical darkness.

Creating this fake moon causes any creature with a lycanthrope template to undergo all normal rules for transformations, regardless of the actual lunar cycle and regardless of the current day/night cycle. The ball of ki lasts for 8 hours or until destroyed or dismissed by the Saiyan Warrior.
