[[Summary::This power turns the floor into a thick layer of bouncy jelly.]] Any creature within the area must pass a [[Reflex]] save or its movement will be halved. Every round, a creature within the area must pass a [[Balance|balance]] check (at 1/2 power DC) or fall [[Prone|prone]]. Creatures who attempt to stand while the spell is active must make another balance check or remain prone. However, creatures who succeed their balance check get a +6 bonus to [[Jump|jump]] checks, and may improve base land speed by 10’ when jumping.
