"The seal of the Emperor's Royal Accountants! Come in, milady, I am your humble servant!"
-Darius Sindleton III, Local Treasurer, to Amelia Riversong, Rogue

To the bearer, a piece of psychic paper is a small sheet of blank parchment about five by eight inches, usually kept in a protective leather wallet. When displayed to another person, psychic paper looks exactly like whatever the bearer wishes it to be. Often, it is used as fake identification or a to create a signed and sealed document when forging one isn't an option. Psychic paper doesn't fool everyone, such as creatures immune to Mind-Affecting Enchantments. However, in the hands of a smooth-talking individual, it can work wonders.

Any non-mindless creature of 6HD or fewer gets no save against the psychic paper's illusory effect and believes it to be genuine. Creatures with more than 6HD are entitled to a Will Save with a DC of 12 + the bearer's Cha modifier.

Psychic Paper adds a +8 circumstantial bonus to a Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, or Intimidate check (if used appropriately).
