Psychotic Decay
Enchantment (Compulsion) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Cleric 7
Components: V, S, DF
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Targets: All creatures in a 30-ft. radius burst
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will negates; see text
Spell Resistance: Yes

The affected creatures suffer from a confusion effect, as the spell with the changes shown above. In addition to increased radius, whenever an opponent gets the results of "babble" or "flee" they must succeed on another Will save or take 1d4 points of Wisdom damage. A successful save negates the wisdom damage, but does not cure their confusion.
