The creature affected by this spell takes 1d6 points of non-lethal damage any time they attack (that is, any action which would break ''[[SRD:Invisibility (Spell)|invisibility]]'').  A creature can attempt to gain another saving throw against the effect by reaffirming their desire to attack as a full round action.

If cast from a higher spell slot, the spell DC is adjusted as if by [[SRD:Heighten Spell|Heighten Spell]] metamagic automatically, and the spell deals 1d6 points of damage per spell level.  This effect does not stack with Heighten Spell metamagic.  For example a 9th level spell deals 9d6 non-lethal damage per attack.
