A power created and favored by the [[Xilliadine (3.5e Race)|Xilliadines]] for it killing power. Simply manifesting it require the user to expend her psionic focus. The manifester  gather surrounding radiation and energy in a small sphere, doing so is hazardous to the user and deal her a single point of [[Constitution]] [[SRD:Ability Burn|Ability Burn]].

Upon successfully being manifested, this power create a unstable sphere of green energy and radiation in the hand of the manifester. It can be launched as a standard action within 1 round/level, if it not launched by then it dies out and the power is wasted. The sphere is launched as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 120 feet, upon impact it explode upon into a 20-ft.-radius burst.

The explosion deal 7d8 typeless damage which is halved on a successful reflex save, the creature struck by the initial attack is not allowed a saving throw to reduce the damage. The intense burst of radiation cause all creature caught in the explosion to immediately suffer a [[Radiation (3.5e Variant Rule)#Radiation Poisoning|Direct Exposure]] using the power's DC instead of any dosage DC. The area of the explosion is left [[Radiation (3.5e Variant Rule)|mildly radioactive]] for 1d4 days after the impact. 

If the ranged touch attack miss the sphere keep travelling in the same direction it was fired. It travel at 240 ft per round and whisk away upon hitting it maximum range, otherwise it will explode upon impacting ''something''.
