The Ravager is a unique two-headed dragon turtle and fierce wild nature spirit. It's eyes are a luminous purple. A terrible aura of destruction surrounds it. The Ravager speaks Aquan, Draconic, Terran and Common.

It is rumored that the Ravager has been killed before, but has somehow returned to life.

CombatEdit

The Ravager attacks everything to fill its desire for eternal ruination. Its natural attacks are considered magical, silver and adamantine for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction and hardness as well as a siege engine for interacting with attacks and objects.

Ambidexterity (Ex): The Ravager has no off-hand, and deals full strength on its secondary natural attacks.

Breath Weapon (Su): The Ravager can belch out a cloud of superheated steam 20 feet high, 25 feet wide, and 50 feet long, once every 1d4 rounds. This deals 14d6 [Fire] damage, Reflex DC 22 half; effective both on the surface and underwater. The save DC is Constitution-based. Both heads breathe simultaneously when the breath weapon is used. Overlapping breath weapons overlap, they do not stack, damage. However, it may still be useful as creatures in the area will be forced to make multiple saves against the breath weapon. It can also aim its breath weapon in multiple directions to cover a larger area.

Burrow (Ex): The Ravager can swim through stone, dirt, or almost any other sort of earth as an earth elemental of its size. It uses its swim speed when burrowing and gains tremorsense out to its Ruination aura radius when submerged.

Capsize (Ex): If the Ravager surfaces under a vehicle (such as a boat or carriage) less than 20 feet long, the vehicle capsizes 95% of the time. It has a 50% chance to capsize a vehicle from 20 to 60 feet long and a 20% chance to capsize one over 60 feet long.

Destruction (Ex): If the Ravager makes a full attack against an object or structure, it deals double damage.

Intimidation Tactics (Ex): If subject to intimidation or a [Fear] effect, the Ravager and the originator of the effect make opposed Intimidate checks against each other in place of the normal check or save. If the Ravager wins, the opposing target is instead Intimidated and the Ravager takes no other effect. If the Ravager fails, it makes an opposed check or save as normal.

Many Eyes: The Ravager denies the +2 bonus on attack from flanking (but can still be flanked), and gains a +4 on Listen and Spot checks.

Ravager Power (Su): If reduced to 25% hp or less (42 hp), the damage from its physical attacks gains a 50% increase (as if they were empowered, like a metamagic spell), and the damage from attacks it is dealt (physical or otherwise) is reduced by 50%. Halve damage before applying damage reduction.

Ruination (Su): The Ravager is surrounded in a 960 foot radius aura that favors destruction. Nonmagical, unattended object hardness of less than 20 is halved within the aura. Numerical healing and restorative powers are halved within the area (such as a casting of cure light wounds) unless the caster or possessor of the ability succeeds on a level check (1d20 + ECL) against a DC of 22 (10 + 1/2 HD + Con modifier). Passive restorative abilities (such as fast healing or regeneration) only need to make the check once per minute, even if the creature leaves and re-enters the area. The Ravager is immune to its own aura.

Unstoppable (Ex): The Ravager ignores difficult terrain and ignores anything which halves its speed (though it is subject to other effects which it may carry, such as slow). For things which reduce its speed even further, such as solid fog or being prone, it is instead reduced to half speed.

Skills: The Ravager has a +8 racial bonus on any Swim check to perform some special action or avoid a hazard. It can always choose to take 10 on a Swim check, even if distracted or endangered.

It can use the run action while swimming, provided it swims in a straight line. *The Ravager has a +8 racial bonus on Hide checks when submerged.
