Revolution in Elione (3.5e Campaign Setting)/Character Creation

Elione is a high powered, highly magical world and the Heroes and Heroines of Elione reflect that. All characters start with one Bonus Feat to be allocated as desired.

Ability Scores

Characters in Elione use a modified Point Buy system. Each ability score starts at 10 and players are given 36 points to allocate as they desire.

• Increasing an Ability Score by one point takes one point up until 14.
• Increasing an Ability Score by one point takes two points until 16.
• Increasing an Ability Score by one point takes three points until 20. No base stat before racial modifiers can be above 20.

Alignment

Instead of standard alignment, Elione uses the Color Wheel Alignment system designed by Lord_Gareth.
