They can open their stomachs and release their intestines like a tongue or a whip to grapple opponents without being grappled themselves. They view defeat as an inconvience, as it is nortoriously difficult to keep a rotthen dead. As enemy forces drop, they are quick to turn them to its side whenever possible, or setting traps by infecting recent corpses, then letting their allies take them away, unaware that their dead ally will be coming back sooner than they can prepare a raise dead spell...
