Run in Place

You have a habit of running in place for a few seconds before you take off, leaving a cloud of dust in your wake.

Benefit: Whenever you run, charge, or withdraw, you leave a trail of fog (as per fog cloud) in the space you started your movement and for the next 10' of movement after.

Drawback: It takes you a moment to get up to speed. On the first round of running, charging, or withdrawing, your speed is reduced by 10' (before multipliers).

Roleplaying Ideas: You don't like g-g-g-g-wraiths, revenants, or real estate agents in masks.
