Scholar of Magical Theory [Prowess] Prerequisites: Thaumaturgy, Geomancy, or Arcana 4+ ranks, Grade III in a artisanal background abilityBenefit: When you gain this feat, choose either the wizard spell list, the cleric spell list, or the druid spell list (to choose the wizard spell list you must have at least 4 ranks in Arcana, to choose the cleric list you must have at least 4 ranks in Thaumaturgy, and to cast from the druid list you must have at least 4 ranks in Geomancy). You may keep spellbooks that can contain spells from this list. These spellbooks function exactly like a wizard's spellbooks, including the manner by which you add spells to it. However instead of being able to prepare or cast spells from them, you may create magic items out of anything you have crafted through your Grade III artisanal ability (even if you lack the requisite item creation feats). You are treated as capable of casting any spells in your spellbooks as if you had a caster level equal to your ranks in the appropriate spellcasting skill - 3 for the purposes of creating such magic items.
