Shoulder Riding [Fighter]
Benefit: You can hop on the shoulder of any willing creature at least one size bigger than you with no penalty to you or creature. Anyone attempting to attack you provokes an attack of opportunity from your ally. You are unable to preform melee attacks and must always have at least one hand used only to hold onto your ally. You can still use ranged attacks, cast spells and many other one-handed abilities. If you take the Total Defense Action, you gain Soft Cover if your ally agrees to take a -2 penalty to his AC.
Special: The weight of you and your equipment is added to your ally to determine whether he is carrying a light, medium or heavy load. Your ally cannot carry you on his or her shoulder if his equipment plus you and your equipment is more than their maximum carrying capacity.
If you take the Improved Shoulder Riding feat, you regain the ability to attack in melee, can use both hands and your Total Defense action's usefulness increases.
