Shylock's Revenge
Transmutation
Level: Cleric 2, Gluttony 2, Sorcerer/Wizard 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting time: One standard action
Range: Touch
Target: Creature touched
Duration: One hour plus ten minutes per caster level
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates, see text
Spell Resistance: No

Hoarse whispers and arcane gestures accompany a unpleasant stinging sensation in your side. Dispatching the distracting skeleton occupying your attentions, you turn to see its conjurer with a shattered bone fragment raised to his chapped lips, the other half still slivered amid your rib cage. With a sickening slurp the foul spellcaster sucks the marrow from the bone, and his gaunt visage grows grotesque as it swells with fat tissue -- your fat tissue.

On a failed Fortitude save the touched creature becomes feeble and emaciated. All attack rolls made against the creature have their threat ranges increased by one. The creature takes maximum damage from bludgeoning weapons and a -2 penalty on Fortitude saves. The target must also make a Fortitude save each time it takes a standard or full-round action for the duration of the spell. On a failed save the creature becomes fatigued. Once fatigued the creature must continue to save each time it takes a standard or full-round action or become exhausted. An exhausted target must make a Fortitude save at the beginning of each of its turn or only be able to take a move action.

Taking in the target's fat, you gain damage reduction equal to your caster level (negated by slashing weapons), a +2 bonus to Fortitude saves, and your base land speed is halved.

Undead and constructs are immune to this spell.

Material Component: A sharpened bone with a length of six inches or more, which must come from a humanoid who died of starvation.
