Sinclair's Persistent Headache

Target: One living creature with a brain
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will partial
Power Resistance: Yes
Power Points: 3


You inject telepathic noise that self-propagates in the target mind, giving them a headache for the duration. A successful Will save causes the headache to last for only 1 round as the self-propagation fails. This is a pain effect. This can be removed by a DC 20 Heal check as a full round action or lesser restoration or similar or stronger effects.

Augment: For 4 additional power points, this causes a migraine instead of a headache. This now requires a DC 30 Heal check as a full round action or restoration or similar or stronger effects to remove.

For 2 additional power points, the duration becomes 1 minute/level. For 6 additional points, the duration becomes Permanent.

For 2 additional power points, the target becomes 1 creature/2 levels, no two of which can be more than 15' apart.

For 2 additional power points, the range becomes Close.

Additionally, for every 2 points you spend on augmenting this power, the save DC increases by 1.
