A singing cat can be selected as a familiar with a minimum CL of 5th and the [[SRD:Improved Familiar|Improved Familiar]] feat.  As a familiar, it's Lucky Charm ability generates 1 gp per HD of the master, but this money is quickly lost at the end of the day, effectively only granting a 1 gp per HD discount on purchases per day.  It offers a +2 bonus on Perform checks, and if its master has bardic music it increases the benefit of Inspire Courage by +1.
