Sublime Grim

You trade your spellcasting abilities for the abilities to initiate maneuvers. A sublime grim is more battle ready than a normal, using powerful martial maneuvers to tame the forces of death.

Class: Grim

Level: 1st-20th

Replaces: Grim Spellcasting, Scourge Attack, Divine Suffusion, Agile Scourge

Benefit: A Sublime Grim gain the following class features:

Grim's Maneuver: A Sublime Grim gain Maneuver Known, Maneuver Readied and Stance Known of a Scoundrel. You may only initiate your maneuvers while transformed. At the start of your turn, you may refresh a single expended maneuver as a swift action while transformed, you may not use such a refreshed maneuver until the start of your next turn. You have access to the Anima River, Bone Crown, Shadow HandToB and Wild Moon.

Whenever a Sublime Grim transforms, you can assume a stance with the same action.

If a Grim select the caster path, she gain Weapon Focus instead of Combat Casting.

Scourge Strike (Ex): A sublime grim does not gain the scourge attack class feature. However for the purpose of Grim's Alteration any attack which she uses a strike counts as a scourge attack. If an alteration relies on the damage of the scourge attack, her effective scourge attack damage is the same as a regular grim of her level.

Martial Suffusion (Su): The martial energies that power the grim's maneuvers suffuses itself into the grim's soul, allowing her to initiate maneuvers of a certain level when not transformed. At 5th level, the grim may initiate 1st and 2nd levels maneuvers when not transformed. At 9th level, the grim may may also initiate 3rd and 4th level maneuvers when not transformed. At 14th level, the grim may do so for 5th and 6th level maneuvers. Finally at 19th level, the grim may initiate 7th and 8th level maneuvers when not transformed.
