Any activated ability of the Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II is a swift action. The Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II has 3 charges, and any time the wearer does not use any of the Suit's activated abilities for two consecutive rounds, all 3 charges of the Suit recharge.

You can only use one activated ability of the Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II every round.
