Upon casting this spell, the caster choose one of the condition from the following list: [[SRD:Blinded|blinded]], [[SRD:Deafened|deafened]], diseased, [[SRD:Exhausted|exhausted]], [[SRD:Fatigued|fatigued]], [[SRD:Nauseated|nauseated]], poisoned, [[SRD:Sickened|sickened]] or [[SRD:Staggered|staggered]]. The condition is suppressed for the duration of this spell and the caster no longer show any sign that she may be suffering from that condition. However the condition's duration do not elapse and it cannot be cured while this spell is active. Once the spell end, the condition return and you may not suppress this particular instance of the condition with this spell.

Alternatively this spell you can heal 4 hit points per caster level or 1 point of ability damage per caster level. However when the spell end you take an amount of damage equal to the damaged previously healed, which cannot be prevented in any way.
