You call forth a storm that pours down razor sharp rain, dealing 1d6/caster level (maximum 25d6) points of piercing and slashing damage to anything within the area. Targets on the outskirts of the spell may attempt a reflex save to escape the area and avoid damage. Targets within the middle of the spell may make a reflex save for half damage.
