At class level 3 (character level 6), every attack you make with this can be a SoD. This also applies for things that let you fire multiple pieces of ammunition for them to affect an area, multiple attacks in a round, and so on.

It's not bad, but I wish it included more of the nifty options that the original arcane archer had like the phase arrows and the like. I may be the only person who thought those were cool, but in any case more Magic Arrow options would go a long way to improving the class, as would making it a full caster progression. You really don't make the class broken by adding it back in.

I like this prestige class because of the Magic Arrow ability. Imbue Single Target makes this class function as a ranged Duskblade, which is good in my opinion.
