I see you making some mechanical changes, you should know I am obligated to revert them since we try not to make mechanical changes without first addressing the discussion page (over here).
I felt like I needed to address the change otherwise; it was worded like that because you wouldn't be taking Con damage anyway due to (usually) having Con of -. So no need to clarify there. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 22:24, 17 July 2019 (MDT)
