Official Swarm of Bats
There is an official Swarm of Bats, both in the SRD and Monster Manual. The official swarm is 22 hp (5d8), so perhaps this should be "Large Bat Swarm" or "Large Swarm of Bats"?
Also Swarm is a property in 5e: "Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny bat.
