	Right after "true strike item" this is a classic example of why you do not just price items based upon what spell level the effect is. Look at what bonuses they give. Is it out of line? There are already items that do this same thing, and they cost more for less effect. I'm giving a rating because I had to waste my time reading it. *frown*

Price

This seems too cheap (though mind you I find the SRD speed boosts overprised and generally irregular in cost). Off hand I can tell it's a straight by the guidelines port of an Expeditious Retreat effect. Not sure if it's wise that way.
