	I don't see how this relates to shadows, warlocks or anything similar, first of all. Secondly, those prerequisites are a blight upon humanity that have no business being there. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, this is just not that interesting or good as an ability you can first acquire at 7th level (and actually, in practice, much later than this is more common).
