A color spray that isn't only useful on wimps. I approve.

Less of a homebrew and more of an obvious patch.

This is a solid High balance color spray replacement, aimed primarily at dealing with creatures below your level.

It's like the SRD color spray, but weaker at the levels when a Greataxe is a more straight-up reliable kill device than a SoD, and stronger at levels higher than 6.

If I was you, I'd be complaining about the uncapped nature of the spell too, but since I'm not you, I'm fine with that part, actually.

A better color spray, while I still like mine better this one is a definite improvement over the problematic SRD version.

Good point about HD inflation![edit]

For Luigi[edit]

The difference is this scales. Be you level 1 or level 1000, Color Spray only KOs 2 HD and lower, and blinds 4 HD and lower, ever. This one is instead based on their difference compared to you. This has a second effect: it means at low levels this is not a save vs unconciousness for anything you'd meet. Instead, it's always going to be save vs KO for things weaker than you. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 05:09, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
