I dig it. It is worth the EWP but not unreasonable. Also, it's actually interesting.

Just a thought...

But I think it would be nice if you said what kind of ammo many of your firearms use. Personally I'm going with the Rifle Cartridges for games I'm in, because despite there being rules all over for countless types of ammo for every occasion, I like them best. Plus not many ammos use casings, and they do. Colt Python's aren't black-powder weapons, nor percussion cap weapons. Also, I surrender, hitting enter doesn't work for me, how do I make my posts into lines of text?--YX33A (talk) 20:05, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

I believe generic bullets are floating around here somewhere on the wiki, so I never specified. If they aren't, use sling bullets pricing, that'll do. Also, two spaces
like so
Or by using
<br> to do it in one space
if it is an issue. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 22:43, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

Clarity

"The recoil is so intense that you take a -1 cumulative penalty for each shot you fire in the round" does not specify that only this specific gun takes the penalties, nor that only this specific gun causes them. For example, suppose you are wielding a crossbow and a colt python. The object of the penalty is not specified, so one might interpret that both weapons get a penalty for every shot the colt fires. Alternatively, the weapon is not specified in "each shot you fire", one might interpret that the colt alone gets penalties, but it gets them from shots taken with each weapon.

On the prone effect, the exact object of the size modifier isn't clear. Does the DC get larger or smaller depending on the size of the weapon? Does the target get a penalty or bonus to their save depending on their own size? (I would suggest both.) --DanielDraco (talk) 22:47, 6 March 2014 (UTC)

Hmmm, I need to think if I want it to apply to just this gun, or both. I'll clarify about size modifiers though. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 00:01, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
I don't know that it's clearer now -- is there a "normal" for size modifiers on saves? --DanielDraco (talk) 17:54, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
Apparently I am insane. I forgot it was a saving throw, apparently it had originally been an opposed check (where size modifiers made sense). Removed, because it clearly didn't make sense. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 23:49, 8 March 2014 (UTC)

Name Change

If it supposed to be 'giant fvcking revolver' then it shouldn't be a Colt Python, it not even .44. Honestly I am not sure how I feel with using the name of a real weapon. A better name would be like Heavy Revolver or something. --Leziad (talk) 12:15, 18 June 2019 (MDT)

You win. I submit.
