Too Weak for a 9?

I think this spell is a little bit too weedy to be a true 9th level spell. While disintegrate is impressive, 9s demand a hell of a lot more. I think it should be pulled to an 8, or possibly even a 7.

I have upped the ante on this, nameless poster, as this one I can agree with. Area improved, max cap improved. -- Eiji-kun 05:29, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
