:That said, it is a perfectly functional and powerful class. And it certainly does not need 5th level spells or higher to work. Just that the one third level spell it gets at 20 is almost unnoticeable when compared with the flying, firebreath, and everything else. That said, it is a perfectly functional and powerful class. And it certainly does not need 5th level spells or higher to work. Just that the one third level spell it gets at 20 is almost unnoticeable when compared with the flying, firebreath, and everything else.
