Might be OP
It does require two feats, but by embedding two of the caster level ioun stones you get a +6 bonus to caster level. That's pretty crazy.
The problem isn't necessarily this feat, it's the Ioun Master bonuses. But the feat itself is worthless without them. Surgo (talk) 23:02, 2 September 2017 (MDT)
