|reason=As is, it currently just makes other light armor obsolete by level 2. It breaks the base +9 optimal (Armor Bonus + Max Dex), and even parring those down, the double material thing still keeps it essentially having a bonus Material Composite without the scaling cost. It isn't a terrible idea... just that the execution currently has no place in the game.
