| I'm not sure why I'm currently the author, since I only cited the description of the effect from Code Geass (it's the drug Refrain).
Anyways, the spell is a nice variation of turning people insane, and makes a nice addition to the illusion school as an early save or suck with a low low probability of also being a save or die which becomes more likely at higher levels. |
