Why dumb this down as an "April Fools" article? With a little fine-tuning, this is a perfectly acceptable item of the realm. I would make it a trick such that when worn it renders all others to be able to see the wearer topless, rather than actually lose their clothing. "Hi (to beautiful lady). Would you like to have a ring?"
