Talk:Touch Me If You Can (3.5e Feat)

I am in the process of developing an an epic character using scaling feats at lower levels and am wondering at how this interacts with Improved Combat Reflexes. It would appear that the character becomes untouchable by non spellcasters, I believe my DMsaid that this feat would only allow up to the characters dex modifier attacks to be ignored even with the epic feat but it still something that I would mention.
