I am in the process of developing an an epic character using scaling feats at lower levels and am wondering at how this interacts with Improved Combat Reflexes. It would appear that the character becomes untouchable by non spellcasters, I believe my DM said that this feat would only allow up to the characters dex modifier attacks to be ignored even with the epic feat but it still something that I would mention. —Unsigned comment added by 118.211.161.158 on September 30, 2014

| 14 Ranks ability is a huge amount of nonsense. Even at very high, completely negating people who aren't wizard with two feats is NOT OKAY. |
