: Understood. Will change the rating to very high and I will make getting a sicken state harder by making it happen after 3 failed saves. Thank you for the help in balancing. 24:31, 29 June 2019 (PST)

::I'm not sure how the added bookkeeping of toxic counters will play out either. That said, it's not a bad alternative to something like [[Unique Attack Modifiers (3.5e Variant Rule)|Unique Attack Modifiers]] and I think it could be interesting if you made more rules to interact with it. Sicken isn't a great condition though -- if you're gonna force it after 3 failed saves, I'd just go ahead and make it Nauseated. This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.
Poisoning someone on every hit is an easy way to get their stats to 0. Definitely should be VH.
Understood. Will change the rating to very high and I will make getting a sicken state harder by making it happen after 3 failed saves. Thank you for the help in balancing. 24:31, 29 June 2019 (PST)
