That said, it's not a bad alternative to something like [[Unique Attack Modifiers (3.5e Variant Rule)|Unique Attack Modifiers]] and I think it could be interesting if you made more rules to interact with it. Sicken isn't a great condition though -- if you're gonna force it after 3 failed saves, I'd just go ahead and make it Nauseated. - I'm not sure how the added bookkeeping of toxic counters will play out either. That said, it's not a bad alternative to something like Unique Attack Modifiers and I think it could be interesting if you made more rules to interact with it.
