|reason=<s>Yeah, you could dip a single level of wizard to pick this up, and never cast another spell again for 2 free feats. Pretty borked. Flaws originally didn't have prereqs, and attempts to give them prereqs don't tend to work out well since those can easily be exploited.</s>

Even worse now, flaw is meaningless and any non-caster can take it for a free feat with absolutely not downsides.

|reason=This isn’t even a flaw. A spell caster with this “flaw” should always try to fail their concentration check because there is no downside. Nothing says the spell fails or is wasted and you get a free burst effect centered on yourself. These bursts have decent DCs but target creatures around you. Not you.
