Even worse now, flaw is meaningless and any non-caster can take it for a free feat with absolutely not downsides.

|reason=This isn’t even a flaw. A spell caster with this “flaw” should always try to fail their concentration check because there is no downside. Nothing says the spell fails or is wasted and you get a free burst effect centered on yourself. These bursts have decent DCs but target creatures around you. Not you.
