	Yeah, you could dip a single level of wizard to pick this up, and never cast another spell again for 2 free feats. Pretty borked. Flaws originally didn't have prereqs, and attempts to give them prereqs don't tend to work out well since those can easily be exploited. Even worse now, flaw is meaningless and any non-caster can take it for a free feat with absolutely not downsides.
