| This is actually less your traditional shuriken and more your Yuffie giant cartoon shuriken. Its abilities are blah, but mostly harmless. At least it's not considered ammo.

| At the risk of being proven wrong, I fail to see how anything that's thrown can be considered Exotic. It seems too easy to be used to me; the base shuriken is a stupid excuse for an Exotic and should not be such; neither should this.
