	This is actually less your traditional shuriken and more your Yuffie giant cartoon shuriken. Its abilities are blah, but mostly harmless. At least it's not considered ammo.

	At the risk of being proven wrong, I fail to see how anything that's thrown can be considered Exotic. It seems too easy to be used to me; the base shuriken is a stupid excuse for an Exotic and should not be such; neither should this.
