On Balance

The cost of Trick Of The Eye, which also requires Flurry Of Blows to be used first, means that even a Lv20 monk would not be able to sustain such a barrage of attacks for very long. With 20 ki, at 3 ki per round, it is less than 1 minute of such intense combat. This also means that, in order to even keep it up for all nine rounds (with 2 ki remaining), no other major ki feature can be used at any point. It also undoes Empty Body, forcing smarter positioning. It is a costly, aggressive option that is made even more costly if the monk chooses to burn through even more ki trying to use Stunning Strike.

Even with all this, does it still sound unbalanced?
