Thrifty Caster [General]
You are good at getting cheap prices for spells and spell related services.Prerequisites: Cha 13Benefit: You are able to obtain spellcasting services and obtain and scribe new spells to a spellbook (or spellbook equivalent) at half its normal cost. However, any expensive XP and material components are still paid in full. Adding a new spell to a spellbook only takes 1 hour instead of 24 hours. You can also make a Gather Information check using your ranks, or your level + 3 + Charisma modifier over the course of 1 hour to determine what spells and spellcasting services are available in your local area.
Special: This feat may be taken twice. The second time adding spells to your spellbook becomes free, and you gain an additional +7 bonus on checks to discover spells and spellcasting services available in your local area. Adding a new spell only takes 1 minute instead of 1 hour. Alternatively you may take this as a High Balance Feat and obtain the benefit of taking this feat twice.
