Weapons changed to jelly can still be used as weapons with a -4 penalty to [[SRD:Attack Damage|damage]] and [[SRD:Attack Roll|attack]] rolls and they do [[SRD:Nonlethal Damage|nonlethal damage]]. Armor changed to jelly loses half its [[SRD:AC|AC]] bonus.
