Catastrophe
Universal (Universal)
Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 3, Cat god 1
Components: V
Casting time: 1 round
Range: 100 feet+ 10 per caster level
Target: All weapons, summons, and spells in the area

When cast every creature in the area may make a an opposed will check against the caster, if successful anything within 10 feet of the creature does not change and that area and everything in it becomes nullified to the spell. All weapons, summons, and spells (already been or will be cast) in the area turn into Dire cats for 1d10 + caster level rounds. They are loyal to the owner/caster and will obey any command that is given. And spell, weapon, or summon that enters the area afterwards will become a dire cat for 1d10 + caster level rounds. Any damage dealt by the cat inflicts You may only Dire cats up to half your caster level. Dire cats made this way have the the following abilities based on what they were made from.

Spells: Gain spell-like ability a one use that can be used as a standard action that is the same as spell was cast.

Weapon: May still be used as a normal weapon but deals 1d3+6+(wielder's attack mod) instead of normal. Arrows deal normal damage + 1d3. Magical weapons gain Rabies the incubation period becomes 1 round

Summons: May instantly trade places with the one who summoned as a move action. This does provoke an attack of opportunity.

Any cats in the area also gain the ability to infect Cat Scratch Fever.
