Vital Strike

Every creature, no matter how alien, has a weak spot, and Bloody Alley insists that its practitioners take advantage of any weak spot they find. Whether a knee below the belt for a human, a jab in the eye of a giant crocodile or something similar, this technique is designed to cause a lot of pain.

Affects: One creature; see text

Use Time: Attack

As part of this technique, make an attack with a -2 penalty to its attack roll. If it hits, it deals normal damage, plus the creature hit by it becomes prone.
