5e Spell Transmute Magic
5th-level transmutation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self (30-foot hemisphere)
Components: V
Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes
Casters: Druid, Wizard

A 30-foot radius immobile dome of invisible magical energy expands from your position and remains stationary for the duration. Any spells that are cast into the area are effected by this spell.

Transmute Magic can create one of the following effects within the area:

  • Spell Dampening. Any spells in the area have the following effects applied;
    • If the spell or effect would cause any damage, decrease that damage by 2 dice.
    • If the spell requires a saving throw, the saving throw DC is decreased by 2.
    • If the spell has a range greater than Self or Touch, its range is decremented by 20-foot.
    • If the spell has an area, its area is decremented by 10-foot.
  • Spell Enhancement. Any spells in the area have the following effects applied;
    • If the spell would cause any damage, increase that damage by 2 dice.
    • If the spell requires a saving throw, the saving throw DC is increased by 2.
    • If the spell has a range greater than Self or Touch, its range is increased by 20-foot.
    • If the spell has an area, its area is increased by 10-foot.
